Hi i am unable to recover my deleted pics & music from sd card & phone memory, pls assist.

You should stop using your phone firstly, then use the phone recovery program to have a try. May this can be your help.　:D

Yes, the pictures and music are not really deleted, in case you don't save many new data to your phone overwritten them.

Don't worry, there're many data recovery app.
1. Download and install Motorola Android Phone Recovery software then launch it on your system.
2. Enable USB debugging and connect your Moto G mobile phone to your PC. ...
3. Now, scan your Motorola Moto G mobile for preparation by clicking on 'Start' button.
