HTC One (M8) — Unlocked M8 and cant update to lollipop

Hi ppl just got this fabulous phone in stunning RED from handtech (sold as sim free/unlocked EU version) and have updated the software to 4.4.4 but there seems to be no further updates??

I went to my three store and picked up a nano sim and everything is working perfectly is the sim preventing me from updating?

Any help would be appreciated.
