500: maintenance mode

Greetings from the Engine Room!

Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our little bot is trying to sort the error messages with its last bit of energy.

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.

What now?

  • Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside digital – why not stop by!
  • Or you could pass the time by visiting our social media channels – for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. At least there are no server problems there – promised.

Thanks for your patience. Our bot is already rebooting at full speed. 🔧

OPPO Reno 10x Zoom hands-on: worth a closer look
After arousing a lot of enthusiasm with the Find X, OPPO came back to the attack with its innovative mechanical sliders introducing the first flagship device of its new brand, Reno 10x Zoom. This model differs from its younger brother only on some details of the spec sheet, but it is the camera department that makes the real difference. Let’s take a closer look at it in our first hands-on at the event in Zurich.

OPPO Reno hands-on: seizing the mid-range
OPPO continues its path of innovation through Reno, its new brand announced a few months ago, adding a sliding mechanism with a strange “shark fin” design on top of which houses the front camera and LED flash.

The new Realme 3 Pro packs in a lot for the price
It was in India in New Delhi that Realme, one of OPPO’s brands, unveiled its new smartphone, the Realme 3 Pro. Succeeding the very good Realme 2 Pro launched six months ago, the smartphone is aimed at an entry-level customer base since the brand is positioning its smartphone at less than $200. Despite its low price, the Realme 3 Pro aims to make no comprehension and promises a big autonomy, a nice design and a quality photo experience. Was the mission successful? These are our first impressions.

We waited a long time, but now finally a Tesla Model 3 is parked in front of our office in Berlin and I could drive it for a whole weekend. In this report, you’ll learn what driving an electric car feels like, and what Tesla does well, but not necessarily everything is better than with the established car manufacturers.

iRobot Roomba i7+ review: a perfect companion for the lazy
During the last two weeks, I’ve allowed the new iRobot Roomba i7+ to clean my apartment. What attracted me most about this vacuum cleaner robot is its ability to clean itself, an aspect not to be underestimated, especially if you are also lazy like me. Is it worth buying despite its prohibitive price?

Hands on with the Huawei P30: sometimes less really is more
In the modern smartphone market, any self-respecting manufacturer feels obligated to no longer present a single device, but rather an entire product series. So it’s not surprising that Huawei’s P30 comes as a pair: the standard model and the Pro version. We’ve already managed to get our hands on the Huawei P30, and these are our impressions so far.
