500: maintenance mode

Greetings from the Engine Room!

Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our little bot is trying to sort the error messages with its last bit of energy.

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.

What now?

  • Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside digital – why not stop by!
  • Or you could pass the time by visiting our social media channels – for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. At least there are no server problems there – promised.

Thanks for your patience. Our bot is already rebooting at full speed. 🔧

Realme X review: a quality-to-price ratio that’s tough to beat
The Realme X, presented one month after the Realme 3 Pro was made official, arrived in China winking at the flagships on the market and trying to surprise everyone with a pop-up selfie camera, in-display fingerprint sensor, and an attractive price. Take a look at our final review because, believe me, this one is worth keeping an eye on!

Invoxia Pet Tracker review: how to find your pet wherever it roams
Invoxia promises that with its special Pet Tracker you “always know where your animal is”. We tested the pet tracker and came to a rather sober conclusion, not to say completely different result than we were expecting.

E-BIKES
Cowboy Bike review: the e-bike that swaps its chain for an app
E-bikes are coming out thick and fast, but the cowboy bike is different. The bike looks minimalistic, but is technically quite clever. In our review, the e-bike shows that this is often, but not always, a good idea to rely on new technology.

Motorola One Vision review: all good, except for one big slip
The first Motorola One, launched in 2018, was met with kind of a “meh” response. Despite the success of the device, the mid-ranger offered an ok package, but it was just ok, nothing more than that. This year, however, Motorola decided to revamp the phone, delivering a better finish, more useful tech, and some new features. There is an abyss that separates the first One from the One Vision, so let’s have a look at what is new.

We hit the streets of Berlin on the new Vespa Elettrica
A clatter turns into a hum: The Vespa Elettrica is a chic electric scooter from Italy, and we took it for a test drive on the streets of Berlin. It shows that once again, even with coziness you can reach your destination.

Oculus Quest review: finally, VR that ‘just works’
Facebook’s Oculus Quest promises a true breakthrough in the world of virtual reality. A standalone VR kit that can be played out of the box without the inconvenient (and expensive) need to connect to a PC or smartphone. No cables, no external sensors, 6DoF motion tracking, and access to a wide content library of apps and games. We had some time to play with the Oculus Quest, the VR headset on a…mission…to bring VR into the mainstream. Now arriving on the doorsteps of the first consumers, we can say that the Quest has almost all the features it needs to succeed.
