500: maintenance mode

Greetings from the Engine Room!

Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our little bot is trying to sort the error messages with its last bit of energy.

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.

What now?

  • Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside digital – why not stop by!
  • Or you could pass the time by visiting our social media channels – for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. At least there are no server problems there – promised.

Thanks for your patience. Our bot is already rebooting at full speed. 🔧

Sony WF-SP700N review: true wireless noise canceling for sporty souls
Active noise canceling has been a bit of a revelation in headphone technology and 2018 feels like the year it went mainstream. Look at how many people you see on your daily commute wearing Bose Quiet Comforts or Sony WH-1000XM2’s and M3s, for example. Now, active noise canceling is available in sporty true wireless buds, but it comes with a few drawbacks. Google Pixel 3 review: the little one shows how it’s done
The Google Pixel 3 is one of only a few Android smartphones to offer top hardware in a handy format. LIFX Wi-Fi lighting review: LED bulbs that really shine
Cross-linked lamps are currently available in many forms. With a bridge or without one, with the possibility of networking with Philips Hue or without. Cheap or expensive. LIFX sent us two samples demonstrating their Wi-Fi-based system without the need for a bridge. The LIFX A60 and LIFX Beam lamps proved to be a great addition to my household. Here’s why. Galaxy A7 (2018) review: a triple camera… and what else?
Samsung certainly surprised me with the release of its first triple-camera smartphone, the Galaxy A7 (although the device was later surpassed by the four cameras on the A9). Is it just all for the sake of marketing? Or is this a test run for the future camera setup we’ll see on the S10? Let’s see what this device is capable of!
