500: maintenance mode

Greetings from the Engine Room!

Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our little bot is trying to sort the error messages with its last bit of energy.

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.

What now?

  • Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside digital – why not stop by!
  • Or you could pass the time by visiting our social media channels – for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. At least there are no server problems there – promised.

Thanks for your patience. Our bot is already rebooting at full speed. 🔧

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 review: a near perfect work tool
How many devices do you need to write a review? For this one, I only needed one: the Galaxy Tab S3. As you scroll down to continue reading, think about how each of the words in this article was produced using Samsung’s native keyboard, and that the only other tools I needed were a support cover and tablet’s S-Pen. But aside from being used to write, edit and publish this article, what else can the Galaxy Tab S3 do?

Facial recognition as security: how secure is the Galaxy S8?
In recent days, some bloggers have been surprised to find an interesting security flaw in the Samsung Galaxy S8’s facial recognition technology. If you tried unlocking the S8 using a selfie, the device wouldn’t be able to recognize the user’s face and open it, would it? We contacted Samsung with this same question, and here’s what they had to say about it.  Samsung Galaxy S8 hands-on: the curved wonder Samsung Galaxy S8 vs Nexus 6P: comparing the newcomer and the old favorite

Lenovo Moto G5 Plus review: setting a new course
The Moto G series has already been setting the bar quite high in terms of its cost-benefit ratio, and now Lenovo is pulling out all the stops. During MWC 2017, the Taiwanese company presented the Moto G5 and G5 Plus and set a fresh course for this mid-range series to become state-of-the-art. The Moto G5 Plus, with its superior design and camera, shows that it can succeed in differentiating itself (at the same price as its predecessor!). The latest news is that the Moto G5 Plus is now available for sale online.  Lenovo Moto G5 review: a worthy successor Everything you need to know from MWC 2017

Huawei P8 Lite 2017 review: still a good vintage?
Huawei launched the P8 Lite in 2015, then the P9 Lite in 2016. And at CES this year, the Chinese company recycled an old name for a new phone with the launch of the P8 Lite 2017. Huawei, known for its confusing naming schemes, has also opted to call this smartphone the P9 Lite 2017 or Nova Lite in some markets. Regardless of the name, this mid-range smartphone’s very reasonable $250 price tag should appeal to many users. Check out our full review. Our review of the Huawei P9 Lite The fast, fun, affordable Honor 8
