Is your S4 rooted?
There is a slim chance of recovering photos in a rooted device but hey, a chance is a chance right?

not rooted. is there any other than rooted? if rooted, how to be done and dangerous?

You can :
-Root your smartphone
-connect that with USB to your pc
-Install "iOS Data Recovery" and begin the process.:)

iOS? u mean iphone? so this is the only way to recover phote by rooting....haiz...

Quite difficult if you haven't root your phone, because the recovery tool has not the authority to deep scan the deleted file in internal storage.
You can try this recovery tool to recover deleted photos from Samsung Galaxy S4, it's built-in root function included, So try it first without rooting.

There are various way through which you can restore lost or deleted photos from Samsung Galaxy S4.

They are as follows:

Check your Google Drive: If you have uploaded your photo to Google drive then you can login to Google drive and recover your photos from there.
