Why buy the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2

Launched in October 2023, it delivers major tracking upgrades from the original Galaxy SmartTag. It has a new oblong design and a larger keyhole ring that makes it easy to attach to key holders or collars. For tracking features, it includes UWB connectivity, enabling more precise location finding down to the centimeter level. Samsung also introduced new functions such as compass view for guided directions. If you’re nearby, you can also ring it or have it work to ring your phone.
Another major upgrade is the longer battery life. It is rated for 500 days before you need to replace the coin cell. With power saver mode enabled, it can stretch to 700 days. Replacing the battery is quick and simple.
