500: maintenance mode

Greetings from the Engine Room!

Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our little bot is trying to sort the error messages with its last bit of energy.

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.

What now?

  • Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside digital – why not stop by!
  • Or you could pass the time by visiting our social media channels – for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. At least there are no server problems there – promised.

Thanks for your patience. Our bot is already rebooting at full speed. 🔧

Amazon Fire HD 10 (2017) Review: Hold Alexa in your hands
Amazon has equipped its 10-inch Fire HD tablets with hands-free Alexa, effectively turning the tablet into a mobile Echo Dot. Whenever you call “Alexa”, the digital assistant appears like a genie from a bottle and attempts to help you using its artificial intelligence or control your smart home. In this brief review, we will be taking a quick look at the system. Amazon Echo review: Welcome to the family Which devices support Amazon Alexa?

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 review: a near perfect work tool
How many devices do you need to write a review? For this one, I only needed one: the Galaxy Tab S3. As you scroll down to continue reading, think about how each of the words in this article was produced using Samsung’s native keyboard, and that the only other tools I needed were a support cover and tablet’s S-Pen. But aside from being used to write, edit and publish this article, what else can the Galaxy Tab S3 do?

Lenovo Yoga Book review: a special Android tablet
What is the Lenovo Yoga Book exactly? The Yoga Book looks to combine productivity and entertainment. It’s a hybrid between a laptop and a tablet than runs on Android, and has an accompanying notepad and pen stylus. The built-in touchpad keyboard and the stylus are there to make taking notes a breeze. Plus, the easy foldability provides the convenience of a basic tablet. We first got our hands on the Yoga Book at IFA earlier this year, and we’re still impressed now for our final review. Best Android tablets Hands on Lenovo Moto Z Play review

Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet review: the almost-perfect tablet
At MWC 2015 in Barcelona, Sony unveiled the Xperia Z4 Tablet, the successor to the Xperia Z2 Tablet (yes, we know Sony doesn’t seem to know how to count). It is currently the world’s thinnest and lightest tablet. The ultra-thin 10.1-inch tablet is now widely available and we took it for a spin. Our Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet review examines its features and specs against its asking price and evaluates whether or not you should consider buying one.

Vodafone Tab prime 6 review: passable quality at a low price
They’re not glamorous, they’re not world-beating, but budget devices from mobile network carriers fulfill a specific purpose. While the 150 GBP asking price for the Vodafone Tab prime 6 may not scream ‘bargain’ when you can get a more powerful device for less, it has the perks of 4G, Lollipop, and possible discounts for existing Vodafone customers. Read on for our Vodafone Tab prime 6 review to find out if these facets make this Vodafone tablet worth a peek. Best Android tablets Best Android tablet apps

Dell Venue 8 7840 review: a super-slim and powerful tablet
The Venue 8 7840 Dell is an extremely slim tablet, with an elegant aluminum robe chassis and eye-catching design. Coming in at under 400 Euros, it’s a great price at first glance, but does the tablet hold up once we start digging under its gleaming surface? Read our Dell Venue 8 7840 review to find out. Lenovo Yoga Tab 2 Pro review: built-in projector saves mediocre device
At first glance a tablet equipped with a built-in projector seems like a novel but perhaps limited idea.
