Was jetzt?
DealsSamsung’s Sleekest Smartwatch Gets a Massive Price Cut, Save $80
Samsung’s latest Galaxy Watch 8 smartwatch just hit its lowest price yet, and it’s not just about savings. With a revived design and powerful new health tools, this early Black Friday deal might be the perfect time to upgrade.
As part of the early Black Friday sale, there are excellent deals to grab, including Samsung’s smartwatches. Right now, the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is down to a record-low price of $429 from $499, a solid $70 cut or 14%. This applies to the non-LTE variant in the Black colorway.
You can also opt for the LTE-ready model in the same size, which hits its lowest price yet at $469, or $467 for the White version. That’s $80 off the usual $549, a 15% discount.
Who Should Consider the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic?
Samsung revived the Classic model in this year’s Galaxy Watch 8 (review) lineup after skipping it last year. The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic brings notable upgrades and shares the new design language of the series, though it also comes with a higher price tag. Thankfully, this deal makes it a more reasonable purchase for active users or those who prefer a more elegant, traditional timepiece.
The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic features a squarish stainless-steel chassis, a standout shift from the previous round shape. The mechanical bezel still supports gesture-based navigation while adding a refined touch. The watch has gained weight at 63.5 grams, though it is slightly smaller than before.

It carries a MIL-STD-810H rating and is water-resistant up to 5 ATM. However, it lacks the 10 ATM and scuba-diving certification found in the Watch Ultra. The AMOLED display measures 1.3 inches, slightly smaller than its predecessor, but significantly brighter with a peak of 3,000 nits. This ensures sharp visibility even under direct sunlight.
Under the hood, there are meaningful improvements. The snappy Exynos W1000 processor delivers a noticeable performance boost over the previous Classic model, especially when launching apps and navigating the interface. On the health and wellness front, the upgraded BioActive sensor provides more accurate readings for heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep. You also get on-demand blood pressure and ECG monitoring.
Samsung introduced new vital tools such as Antioxidant Index, Vascular Load, and Personalized Running Advice. Galaxy AI is built into the One UI 8 Watch operating system, offering far more capable handling of complex commands than the previous assistant. Battery life is slightly improved, reaching up to 40 hours without always-on display or 30 hours with it enabled.
