Was jetzt?
DealsPixel 9a Drops to $399 for Black Friday — Best Mid-Range Deal?
Looking for a powerful phone without the flagship price? The Pixel 9a is now just $399 for Black Friday. It offers premium features, AI smarts, and a sleek design that punches above its mid-range label.
Google is part of the big Black Friday sale, with the Pixel lineup dropping to its best prices yet. That includes the Pixel 9a, the more affordable entry in the series, which is currently down to its second-best price of $399 from $499.
Even so, this marks the lowest regular price to date, as the previous low was exclusive to Prime members. The deal covers the base model with 128 GB of storage, but if you prefer more futureproofing, the 256 GB variant is also discounted by $100, now priced at $499 and available in Iris Blue and Obsidian Black colors.
Not everyone is after the most feature-packed Pixel, and Google consistently offers the Pixel A series as a cheaper alternative. The Pixel 9a (review) is a smart fit for users who want solid performance without the flagship price tag.
Despite its lower cost, the Pixel 9a delivers. It’s powered by the Tensor G4 SoC—the same chip found in the previous flagship Pixel 9. That means it can handle graphics-intensive games and AI workloads without stuttering, while everyday use feels snappy and smooth.

The Pixel 9a also brings its own upgrades. It features a flatter, cleaner design with an almost flush back panel, giving it a distinctive look. It also boasts IP68 dust and water resistance, offering peace of mind if you accidentally drop it in water. And for outdoor use, the larger 6.3-inch OLED display is noticeably brighter.
The camera setup has meaningful improvements, too. The main camera is now a 48 MP shooter. While that’s fewer megapixels than before, optimized image processing and software enhancements deliver sharper details and a wider dynamic range. It’s paired with a familiar 13 MP ultrawide lens.
Battery life has long been a weak spot in the Pixel A series, but the Pixel 9a finally addresses that. It packs a larger 5,100 mAh battery, offering more screen time and enough juice to last through the day. It also supports faster charging speeds.
Do you own a mid-range phone? Are you planning to grab the Pixel 9a this Black Friday? We’d love to hear your thoughts.
