500: maintenance mode

Greetings from the Engine Room!

Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our little bot is trying to sort the error messages with its last bit of energy.

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.

What now?

  • Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside digital – why not stop by!
  • Or you could pass the time by visiting our social media channels – for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. At least there are no server problems there – promised.

Thanks for your patience. Our bot is already rebooting at full speed. 🔧

HTC Vive XR Elite review: Actually excellent but not good enough
The HTC Vive will probably be perceived by the public together with Oculus as the pioneer of “professional” VR glasses. This is long before Apple tried to mop up the market from a standstill with its Vision Pro. At CES 2023, the Taiwanese company took the step towards the first standalone VR glasses for consumers with the Vive XR Elite. After a very long wait, the mixed reality glasses have now arrived at the nextpit editorial office and was reviewed in-depth by me. Is this all-in-one VR headset that costs $1,099 a pop worth every single penny? Let’s find out.

EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel review: Balcony power station to go
Ecoflow’s 220 W solar panel has a unique feature—it is bifacial. What does this mean? The solar panels will be able to generate solar power on both sides. Thanks to its bifacial design, Ecoflow does not rely on stands for the panel. Instead, the carrying bag acts doubles up as the holder for the module whenever you are outdoors. In our review, nextpit will tell you whether these unique features are simply gimmicks or whether they are really useful in everyday use.

Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate review: The king of gaming, but where are his subjects?
Asus continues to invest in the niche gaming smartphone market with the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate. Does this top-of-the-range, overpowered gaming smartphone that sells for more than $1,500 perform better than a “non-gaming” model from Samsung or Xiaomi?
