Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet.
But what we do know is:
The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.
What now?
Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside

ReviewsIs Having 6 Mop Pads Overkill? The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra Review
The Matrix10 Ultra is the latest innovative robot vacuum cleaner from Dreame. The company equips the appliance with six different mops that can rotate to suit the occasion. What is the idea behind this unusual approach?
Dreame is now one of the best manufacturers when it comes to premium robot vacuum cleaners. In principle, every single robot vacuum cleaner from them offers unique functions. This also applies to the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra, which boasts a docking station with six interchangeable mops! This review reveals why the docking station has so many mop pads and how the Dreame robot vacuum cleaner with mopping function performs in reality.
Pros:
Top mopping performance
Good suction result
Error-free navigation
Great app with many functions
Cons:
Expensive
No spare parts included, as with other Dreame robot vacuum cleaners
Price and Availability of the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra
The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is already available in stores. You can buy it from Amazon, among other vendors. The recommended retail price is $1,999. However, the appliance is already available at a more affordable price.
Design and Setup of the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra
The Matrix10 Ultra looks like an ordinary Dreame robot vacuum cleaner. It boats a lowerable LiDAR tower, an extendable side brush, and a swivel mop — all standing at 8.9 cm in height. The model is available in black and white colors. It also features a double main brush, which prevents pet or human hair from getting tangled up.
Unlike other Dreame robot vacuum cleaner models, the Matrix10 Ultra does not have a roller mop. Nevertheless, this model is spectacular in its own right. This is because the appliance boasts six mops (!) at its disposal. These are located in the docking station, which resembles a mini-fridge. It measures 45.7 × 41.6 × 59 cm. In addition to the interchangeable mop system, a self-emptying function, and mop washing and drying are also on board. There are also three cleaning agent solutions:
As this is not a “Complete” version of a Dreame robot vacuum cleaner, as there isn’t much to shout about when it comes to included spare parts with your purchase. All you get are a mere replacement side brush and replacement mops. Set-up is quick as usual. Simply scan the vacuum cleaner’s QR code in the Dreame Home app, where you will be guided via a step-by-step process for the set-up.
Dreame Home App in Detail
The Dreame Home app is available to provide adequate support. This provides you with one of, if not the best app, for robot vacuum cleaners at the moment. In the app, you can adjust variables such as suction level and the water flow rate. You can also set just how closely the robot vacuum cleaner should stick to its paths.

The special feature is, of course, settings for the robot vacuum cleaner’s numerous available mops. As soon as mapping is complete, you can select a fixed pair of mops for each room. Otherwise, the usual settings for navigation and maintenance functions remain available. I like how we can adjust the charge limit for the Matrix10 Ultra as well.
Suction and Mopping Performance of the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra
With a suction power of 30,000 Pa, the Matrix10 Ultra joins the robot vacuum cleaner elite. It offers similar performance on paper as the best robot vacuum cleaner. What we see on paper is confirmed in reality. This Dreame appliance did well on all surfaces. The suction power was also excellent on carpets.

What’s more, no hair got tangled up in the main brush. So, if you have pets at home, the Matrix10 Ultra is a top-notch cleaning aid. As mentioned, the unique selling point of the Matrix10 Ultra is the mopping function. Or rather, its clever use of up to six different mops. This means you can set different mops for different floor types. All this is done via the app. The software shows you exactly which pair of mop pads is suitable for which floor type. From there, you simply need to specify the right mops for each room.

The mopping performance proved good. However, I don’t think it’s as efficient as a roller mop. Nevertheless, it is not terrible by any means. The appliance only needed a few passes when it came to handling dried stains. In the end, the result was the same: the robot vacuum cleaner scrubbed away all stains. Carpet detection also worked flawlessly. This means the appliance lifted the mop when moving over carpets – by 10.5 mm, to keep your carpets nice and dry. Even on deep-pile carpets, the Matrix10 Ultra did not leave any damp patches.
Navigation and Obstacle Detection
The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra also proved itself to be solid when it came to obstacle detection. The robot vacuum cleaner avoided any obstacles and objects in its path with flying colors.

It worked just as flawlessly with cables or table legs — obstacles that many a top robot vacuum cleaner ran into trouble with. After all, according to the manufacturer, this model can overcome obstacles up to 8 cm high.
What’s more, you never have to worry about maintaining the robot vacuum cleaner. The docking station cleans the used mops, dries them, and finally empties the dust. In addition, the docking station dries the dust bag after vacuuming — yet another impressive hygienic step.
Last but not least, the Matrix10 Ultra supports the Matter protocol. In other words, you can integrate the robot vacuum cleaner into your existing smart home system and link it to automations with your Smart Lock (Best Of list) or your smart lamps.
Is the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra Worth Buying?
Yes, if you really attach great importance to wet cleaning. Apart from the good mopping performance, the suction power is also top-notch — typical for Dreame. In terms of cleaning performance, the Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is one of the best robot vacuum cleaners with mopping function around. On top of that, the Matrix10 Ultra impressed with its fabulous navigation capability. Even cables and table and chair legs posed no issues for the appliance.

Probably the biggest drawbacks are the comparatively large docking station and the asking price of $1,999. Well, with so much technology incorporated within, a compact docking station is difficult to be part of the configuration, not to mention the free-falling price so soon after its release. The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra was already available for a couple of Benjamins cheaper on Amazon.
