Why Buy the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2?
In our testing, we found the Pixel Buds Pro 2 (review) to be some of the best wireless ANC earbuds for Android users, especially for those already integrated into the Google ecosystem. This sale makes their premium price point much more approachable.
Google released the Pixel Buds Pro 2 in August 2024 as a significant upgrade over the original Pixel Buds Pro. Even with a 2-year gap between releases, the new generation is a highly recommended upgrade from the first version. Primarily, the new Pixel Buds Pro 2 are more compact and lighter than their predecessor, offering a more comfortable fit for all-day use. They also feature a more secure fit thanks to the new twist-to-adjust design. The earbuds themselves carry a higher IP54 dust and water resistance rating, while the charging case is rated at IPX4.

Internally, the 11 mm drivers have been improved with new high-frequency chambers, which results in cleaner and smoother audio output. Users can also enjoy a spatial audio experience with native head tracking support.
The Pixel Buds Pro 2 are significantly more effective at blocking external noise, thanks to custom ANC powered by Google’s Silent Seal 2.0 technology. Conversely, if you need to stay aware of your surroundings, the natural transparency mode blends in outside sounds seamlessly. There is also AI-powered Adaptive Audio that automatically adjusts settings based on your environment. With upgraded internal hardware, voice calls are also noticeably clearer. Other new features include native Gemini integration and Find My Device support.
Google has also provided the Pixel Buds Pro 2 with slightly better battery life. The earbuds last 8 hours between charges, while the case provides an additional 30 hours of power.
