The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Sony’s 8-inch waterproof tablet seen at this year’s IFA conference, recently arrived through AndroidPIT doors. Though you won’t be able to get your hands on the world’s “most powerful and lightest waterproof tablet” until November 2nd at the earliest, we’ve got all of the details on this stunning device right here to help you decide whether it’s worth the investment. This is our Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact review.
Samsung presented a brand new flagship tablet in June 2014, the Galaxy Tab S, which comes in two sizes of 10.5 or 8.4 inches. In comparison to previous tablets by Samsung, the Tab S is thinner and lighter, and thanks to its dazzling Super AMOLED display, it lands itself in the category of high end tablets. Our test of the Galaxy Tab S will show whether it lives up to Samsung’s high praises.
While the 8.4-inch display diagonal of the Tab Pro may seem a little exotic at first, compared to many other super-portable 7- or expansive 10-inch tablets on the market, it does have some advantages. The 16:10 aspect ratio makes it possible to significantly improve the viewing possibilities without sacrificing mobility. The high resolution screen of the Galaxy Tab 8.4 Pro is, on paper, the perfect competitor for the Apple iPad Mini Retina. Here's our test.

In the hopes of further breaking into the US market, Canadian company Kobo is offering new tablets for the first time in history which boast high caliber technical specifications to line them up with other top tablets on the market. At the 2013 IFA electronic consumer convention in Berlin, I was able to interview Sameer Hasan, the Director of Product Management for the eReader division of Kobo, who gave me a glimpse into the tablet world of Kobo. In the short time I had there, I conducted a test of the new Kobo Arc 10 HD.
