The original Moto X was a compact device with modest specifications; this new edition is impressive in terms of both specs and design. The Moto X Pure Edition (known as the Moto X Style outside of the US) maintains the series’ features while adding some exciting new functionality. The Marshall London may not boast high-end specs, but even when you put aside the hype surrounding its moniker, it’s still a great smartphone. It oozes attitude and style, has reasonable hardware, and has some interesting audio-focused features. It still comes at a high though – does this show us that the value of a phone is not always found in the performance it delivers?
I had the chance to test the Marshall London during IFA 2015 and this preliminary review will try to answer that question, as well as whether you can forgoe premium specs in exchange for clever design.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is more than a year old now. In our original review, we commended its display, fantastic battery life and high-end camera. We didn’t think it improved much on the Galaxy S4 though – particularly not with its design, or lack thereof, with Samsung opting for that disappointingly dimpled plastic chassis.
A year on, and with a lower price, is it still a worthy purchase? Read our updated Samsung Galaxy S5 review to find out.

Our review of Samsung’s latest flagship, the Galaxy S22

Our initial skepticism about the Nexus 6 eventually faded though, and we gave it a four-star review when it was released.
A number of months later, and with fierce competition in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and LG G4, does it still stand strong among flagship smartphones? Read our updated Google Nexus 6 review to find out.
