Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra hands-on: two powerful mid-range devices
Sony has long been betting heavily on the mid-range range. So much so that the company was one of the first to invest in what it called the “super-mid”, referring to mid-range devices that have more advanced features. Sony always bet on the design, camera and display quality; and it is precisely in those three aspects where we see the improvements in its new smartphones, the Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra. Huawei P10 Plus hands-on review: finally a mini Mate 9
2016 gave us the P9 Plus. This year, we get the P10 Plus. With its 5.5-inch size, it turns out to be larger than its younger brother, the Huawei P10. It also differs from the smaller model in the design of the main camera, faster 4G LTE connectivity and its availability in an exclusive color. In addition, its front camera features auto focus. In our hands-on review, we present this device in more detail. Here are our first impressions. Our hands-on of the Huawei P10 Check out our review of the Huawei Mate 9

Android Wear 2.0 review: a second chance for smartwatches
After completing a first quick test of Android Wear 2.0, we’ve decided to undertake a more in-depth assessment of the latest Android Wear update. We used the Huawei Watch as a test device for the so-called Developer Preview. Whilst the watch is neither optimized nor includes complete features, it still provides you with a good preview of the Android Wear update. We’re still in the early stages of the update, but it’s already showing such a great potential that perhaps the time has come for us to give smartwatches a second chance.  Android Wear 2.0 is on its way: we’ve got all the details MWC and Android Wear 2.0 alone aren’t enough to save wearables

Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) review: the mid-range phone that thinks it’s a flagship
Aside from a few downsides, the Galaxy A3 (2016) managed to put in such a convincing performance last year it easily became a signature mid-range device. Samsung is hoping to repeat the experience, and so is looking again to release a new version of its Galaxy A3. Will the Korean manufacturer be able to impress the public enough so they’ll overlook the recent scandals that have beleaguered the company? Here are our first impressions. Honor 8 Lite quietly launched before MWC
Huawei’s new mid-range smartphone, the Honor 8 Lite, is now available for pre-order in Finland. It seems the company couldn’t wait for MWC 2017 to do a grand launch, and instead brought their new smartphone out for a quiet debut ahead of time. The Honor 8 Lite is a downgrade from its predecessor, the Honor 8, and it will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat. SMARTWATCH & TRACKERS
Huawei Fit: accidentally the best smartwatch around
The Huawei Fit has been primarily marketed as a fitness tracker, but it actually turns out to be one of the best smartwatches I’ve ever tested. The price is lower than a standard smartwatch, and has a very attractive design. By linking it to your smartphone you’ll never be able to miss a call or message, and thanks to the highly accurate sensors you can also improve both your sporting activities and sleep patterns.  Best Android smartwatches 2016 The Android smartwatch market is about to get interesting

Google Pixel review: the best Android experience around
During the #madebyGoogle event on October 4, Google presented two new Android smartphones, the Pixel and the Pixel XL, putting an official end to the Nexus line. This change of heart had one main reason, which has been repeated more than once by the Mountain View company: they want to have complete control over the hardware manufacturing of their phones.  In our review, we take a closer look at the Pixel, the smaller version of the two smartphones with a 5-inch screen, one that we are sure will attract potential buyers who are looking for a more “compact” phone.
