Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The manufacturer continued to focus on audio quality, even if it meant sacrificing a very popular feature (with manufacturers). In my opinion, this is a very commendable philosophy, albeit a very risky one.
