Sorry, aber gerade ist bei uns wirklich gar nix zu holen. Unser Server ist im Wartungsmodus – und unser kleiner Bot versucht gerade, mit letzter Energie die Fehlermeldungen zu sortieren.

Ob’s ein Daten-Leck, ein Stromausfall im Cluster oder einfach nur ein mies gelauntes Bit war – wir wissen es noch nicht. Was wir aber wissen:

Das Daten-Drama eskalierte zu einer Server-Schmelze. Aber keine Sorge: Wir sind dran.

Bei unseren Kolleg:innen von inside digital läuft bestimmt alles rund – schau doch mal vorbei!

Kobo Arc 10 HD test: reeling in readers from the US tablet market

In the hopes of further breaking into the US market, Canadian company Kobo is offering new tablets for the first time in history which boast high caliber technical specifications to line them up with other top tablets on the market. At the 2013 IFA electronic consumer convention in Berlin, I was able to interview Sameer Hasan, the Director of Product Management for the eReader division of Kobo, who gave me a glimpse into the tablet world of Kobo. In the short time I had there, I conducted a test of the new Kobo Arc 10 HD.

[Video Update] Galaxy Gear first test: the next smartwatch flop

Samsung has finally presented their smartwatch offering – the Galaxy Gear – that has had half the tech world thirsting for months. I had the chance to test it already and I have to tell you, right up front, that in terms of the expectations held for the wearable device, unfortunately this thing is a huge disappointment. MIUI v5 Review: a Crowd-Pleasing Custom ROM

Custom ROMS are great: with very little effort, you’re able to switch out the preinstalled software on your smartphone for a new one that offers you more options and quite often a more attractive look. A nice custom ROM that fits this build is MIUI, of which I tried out version 5 on my Galaxy Nexus.
