Was jetzt?
DealsTiny Price, Big Power: Apple iPad Mini is 20% Off Right Now
Some of Apple’s popular iPad models are on sale at major retailers, including the latest iPad Mini 7th generation, which is now $100 (20%) off. Find out who this tiny but speedy Apple tablet is perfect for.
You can now shop for a new iPad without waiting for the Black Friday sale. If you’re eyeing the compact iPad Mini, it’s currently on sale at Amazon and Best Buy. The tablet has dropped to its second-best price of $399, which is $100 off (20%) from the regular $499.
This deal applies to the base model with 128 GB of storage, available in four colorways: Starlight, Pink, Blue, and Purple. The 256 GB version is also discounted to $499, offering the same $100 savings. However, it’s only available in Pink, Blue, and Purple.
The latest iPad Mini is the 7th generation (review), introduced in the fall of last year. It’s a solid upgrade if you’re coming from an older Mini or buying a compact tablet for the first time. It works well for casual users and is powerful enough for those who need more performance.
Apple kept the same sleek design as the previous model. It measures 7.69 × 5.31 × 0.25 inches and weighs just 10.34 ounces, making it easy to hold with one hand. The 7th-gen model also adds a new Blue finish to the lineup.

The 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display remains unchanged, but Apple appears to have addressed the jelly scrolling issue. It now supports the Apple Pencil Pro, which brings haptic feedback, barrel roll, and other advanced features. While it doesn’t offer the 120 Hz refresh rate found on the iPad Pro, the screen is still sharp with excellent color accuracy.
Under the hood, the iPad Mini 7 runs on the A17 Pro chip and comes with 8 GB of RAM. It features a faster hexa-core CPU. The GPU has 5 cores, one fewer than the iPhone version, but it’s still more than capable for everyday tasks, on-device AI, and graphics-heavy gaming.
Despite its small battery, the iPad Mini 7 is optimized with iPadOS to last up to 10 hours of video streaming, according to Apple. It charges via a USB-C port that also supports faster 10 Gbps data transfer.
