In the states pro sports has become nothing more than a money grubbing business that sends the wrong message to our young people concerning the subjects of good sportsmanship and being a team player.
However fitness is very important for the body and mind.

I love it and feel regular physical activity and sports are good for my body! Some may think that this distracts student-athletes from schoolwork. Sports can clearly help them achieve their fitness objectives and maintain a healthy life.
