Sony Xperia Deleted not from the sign of life

I was browsing Chrome with 6 page open and ended up crashing when I tried to quit a full screen video, then hung up. he had been presenting some problem ... on the rom he was restarting frequently every day, to go I had to return him life with Flashtool. it does not give a sign of life neither in the download mode nor carries. be someone power at least of your opinion of what it will be thankful, sony and a Xperia Sony E3 D2243 4.4.2 Commercial and Journalists 18.4.C.2.12_R1B

Got a response from SONY support:

"Thank you for contacting Sony Xperia Support.

It is Sony Entertainment Network handling your account, but we think that it is only disabled -and not deleted. If you then re-register, it most likely activates it again. You may contact SEN for more information.

We recommend that you create a new account if you want to start from a clean state."

Therefore the only solution is to create new account (and for thse who wants privacy as I do - DISABLE this app).
