Camera problem Huawei Ascend P6

Hello,

I have problem on my Huawei Ascend P6, when I launch camera app my phone automaticly shut down.

Can anyone help???

I have a similar problem. Went to Galley while in Camera and now whenever I press Camera it tries to start it, but it just closes it in a second. Did you solve your problem? I don't know if a reinstall of the android software will help.

A few things can cause this, though normally it's a corrupt picture or file in the gallery. Check the gallery for any pictures that can't be viewed and delete them, make sure you have all your pictures saved or backed up, and clear the gallery app data (settings/apps/gallery-> wipe data). If that doesn't work try the same with the camera app. A final option would be a factory reset, though it may be a bit extreme.
