Right click the video.. Copy the link of the video. and then change the 'www.facebook.com/....' to 'm.facebook.com/....' then right click the video and click save as.

Thanks everyone for your guidance its really helpful. I also don't know about which app is the best for the smartphone but for PC and laptop, the best software is IDM to download any videos from anywhere. Like IDM have an app for the smartphone I can download any videos from anywhere friend. The suggestion would help me for sure.
