Samsung Galaxy Note 2 — saamsung note 2 contacts issues!!

hi,
silly question, but I'm completely baffled.. the contacts on my note 2!!!!
ive deleted one by mistake and ive added her again as a new contact but for some reason I cannot find the way to link the contact with other applications details that she already had before I deleted her contact. like facebook, tango, viber, whats app and such how do I sync her other profiles into my contact again.. im going absolutely nuts!!!!!
