I bought a seagate 500gb portable hard drive so I can store my photos and free up my phone but I can not seem to get it to connect to the phone I gave a y usb lead device conects to the small usb then to the power then the light comes on the device so connect the other usb to the phone the phone says usb connected then that's it I can't find the device on my phone it works great using just a memory stick . Can any body help
