i am not able to setup internet,email on galaxy note how can i do setup

Do you mean Wifi internet at your home or a mobile data plan?
To set it up for your home wifi, go into settings, wifi, and turn it on. When you see your wifi appear on the list of available connections, press it, enter in your wifi key, and your all done!
It should connect and then you can use it.
To set it up for 3G, you will need a carrier plan that includes mobile data.
