Is there a way to get the awesome wallpapers and skin of this phone downloaded to my phone? I have a Sensation but I love the monochromatic minimalist styling on this phone!

You could always download a font changer to try to match the fonts. To get the wallpapers, you would need to be rooted. Probably easier to just Google the wallpaper your looking for, or to have a look on XDA in the themes section. They have lots of wallpapers there. Or you could search for the wallpaper jpeg files on Google, download them, and click set as wallpaper in the menu options of the photo.
