Why do my games keep crashing?

For some reason, my games have been crashing on the LG Revolution....sorry to bug with so many random questions, and I know the answers probablzy arem't obvious, but I need all the help i can get.

Angry bIrds crashes after few minutes of gameplay. Also fruit ninja is just very slow. I'm not suure what'sgoing on. I know I downloaded a lot of apps when I first got the phone. Is there a way to check which one is using mzy data????? I just want to use my phone for some gaming sumetimes. without worrying alll about this so often, and maybe there's an app for that1
