LG Revolution Uses Bing?

This is what I've heard. Is it true? Is there away to change this, once you've bought the phone?

I have found a way around Bing on LG Revolution without rooting your phone: Download the Opera app. That app has a search box set by default to use Google, and I think you can also choose other search providers of your choice.
