What are you looking for? For an external antenna and decoder for your smartphone? To be honest, I do not think that there is a way to receive live TV on smartphones so far. I know that there is a way for the iPad. But it is a) very expensive and b) you can only watch it when you are in your house with WiFi and close to the remote station.
