500: maintenance mode

Greetings from the Engine Room!

Sorry, but there's really nothing to see here right now. Our server is in maintenance mode – and our little bot is trying to sort the error messages with its last bit of energy.

Whether it was a data leak, a power outage in the cluster, or just a grumpy bit – we don't know yet. But what we do know is:

The data drama escalated into a server meltdown. But don't worry: We're on it.

What now?

  • Everything is surely running smoothly over at our colleagues from inside digital – why not stop by!
  • Or you could pass the time by visiting our social media channels – for example Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. At least there are no server problems there – promised.

Thanks for your patience. Our bot is already rebooting at full speed. 🔧

Summer Game Fest 2025: Your Guide to Gaming’s Biggest Event
Summer Game Fest 2025 takes place on June 6. Since the demise of E3, this is one of the video game industry’s biggest gatherings. It’s an opportunity for mainstream and independent publishers to hold conferences to announce or tease their upcoming games, show off gameplay, or detail future updates. This year’s program is less packed, but still promises some nice surprises.

Finally! You Can Now Stream This Incredible Blockbuster at Home
Nothing beats the thrill of catching a blockbuster on the big screen, but let’s be honest: between ticket prices inching ever higher and the sheer convenience of streaming, it’s not always easy—or affordable—to get to the theater. If you missed Marvel’s latest in February, you’re in luck: Captain America: Brave New World has landed on Disney+, bringing star-spangled action straight to your sofa.

Lilo and Stitch: Many of the Original’s Flaws Make it a Better Live-Action Film
The live-action remake of Lilo and Stitch is a big hit: in its first weekend of release in the U.S., this live-action adaptation of the Disney classic grossed $183 million. This is better than the original, released in 2002, which earned $145 million over the same period. Even so, many fans are up in arms about certain changes to the character and narrative. Personally, I find that many of these changes make Lilo and Stitch one of the least catastrophic live-action adaptations of recent years.

GameChat on Switch 2: How Nintendo Wants to Keep the Perverts Away
The Nintendo Switch 2 ‘s GameChat function has been the talk of the town, not least because it will be a paid feature. But not only will you need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to use it, but a phone number linked to your Nintendo account will also be required. There are a lot of barriers to entry for a simple chat function. But perhaps not so much when you consider the potential for abuse.
